The first consultation is a complimentary session designed to understand the athlete’s background, sport experience, and current challenges. This conversation helps identify how mental skills such as confidence, focus, and emotional control can be added to the athlete’s performance tool box.

Athletes and parents will leave with a clear understanding of how mental performance training can support growth both in sport and beyond. There is no obligation to continue — this session is simply an opportunity to explore fit and next steps.

  • These individualized sessions help athletes strengthen the mental side of their game. Through structured mental training, athletes, learn how to manage pressure, stay locked in, build confidence, and respond effectively to challenges during competition.

    Sessions are tailored to each athlete’s goals and sport with emphasis on developing repeatable mental skills that lead to consistent performance and personal growth.

  • Across four one-on-one sessions, athletes develop essential mental skills such as confidence, focus, emotional control, and resilience under pressure. The Prime Package is designed for athletes seeking consistent support and meaningful progress over time.

    While a single session offers an introduction to mental skills, this package allows athletes to apply, adjust, and reinforce those skills with ongoing guidance. This structured approach helps mental skills transfer more effectively into practices, competitions, and everyday life.

  • Group and team workshops provide athletes with practical mental performance strategies they can immediately apply in practices and competition. These interactive workshops focus on key skills such as focus, communication, teamwork, and responding to mistakes as a team.

    Workshops are tailored to the team’s sport, age group, and goals, creating a shared language around mental performance and team culture. Athletes leave with tools they can use individually and as a team, while coaches gain strategies to reinforce mental skills throughout the season.
